1. Agreement to these terms

By using this website or engaging Commercial Refrigeration Repair Portland Pros for service, you agree to these terms and to all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request service.

2. Services we provide

Commercial Refrigeration Repair Portland Pros is a commercial refrigeration contractor licensed in Oregon (CCB #65271). We provide the following commercial services:

  • Walk-In & Reach-In Refrigeration Repair
  • Refrigeration Construction & Installation
  • Commercial Gas Delivery
  • Commercial Ice Machine Repair
  • Factory Authorized Warranty Service
  • Brewery & Craft-Beverage Glycol Chiller Service
  • Refrigeration Parts & Water Filters

Our work is intended for commercial and institutional customers. We do not provide residential HVAC service.

3. Quotes, estimates, and pricing

Service calls are billed hourly unless quoted otherwise. Construction projects, full-scope repairs, and gas accounts are quoted individually. All prices are in USD and are subject to change until a written quote is issued. Verbal estimates given over the phone are approximations, not binding quotes.

Quotes are based on the scope described at the time of quoting. Conditions discovered after work begins, such as inaccessible equipment, non-compliant electrical service, hidden drainage problems, or additional failed components, may change the final price. We will tell you before proceeding with work that exceeds the quoted scope.

4. Scheduling, emergency service, and access

We schedule work as promptly as our route and technician availability allow. Emergency dispatch is available outside regular business hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM) and may carry after-hours rates. You are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the equipment, including dock access, keys, badges, escorts, and any building coordination your site requires.

5. Cancellations

Please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a non-emergency appointment. Late cancellations, locked or inaccessible sites, and no-shows may be billed for the trip.

6. Factory warranty service

As a factory-authorized warranty service provider for 18+ manufacturers, we perform covered repairs according to each manufacturer's terms. Coverage, labor allowances, and parts eligibility are determined by the manufacturer, not by us. We will confirm coverage before billing where possible. Work found to be outside coverage is billed as out-of-warranty service.

7. Payment terms

We accept cash, check, credit card, and invoice with approved net terms. Invoices are due according to the terms on the invoice. Overdue balances may be subject to interest and collection costs as permitted by Oregon law.

8. Workmanship and parts

We stand behind our labor. If work we performed fails due to our workmanship, contact us promptly and we will address it. Parts carry the warranty offered by their manufacturer. We are not responsible for failures caused by equipment age, prior repairs performed by others, misuse, lack of maintenance, power events, water quality, or conditions outside our control.

9. Product loss and limitation of liability

Refrigeration equipment can fail without warning. We recommend temperature monitoring, alarms, and a preventive maintenance agreement to reduce that risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Commercial Refrigeration Repair Portland Pros is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including inventory or product loss, lost revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Permits and code compliance

Where a project requires permits, we obtain them as the licensed contractor of record unless agreed otherwise in writing. You are responsible for disclosing known building conditions, restrictions, and landlord or property-management requirements that affect the work.

11. Website content and intellectual property

Content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Commercial Refrigeration Repair Portland Pros or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Guides and educational articles on this site are general information, not a substitute for on-site diagnosis by a qualified technician.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. The terms in effect at the time you engage us govern that engagement.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
