What Our Parts Department Stocks
Our parts department stocks a large inventory of replacement components and water filtration systems for top commercial refrigeration brands: semi-hermetic compressors, thermal expansion valves, solenoid valves, evaporator fan motors, door gaskets, temperature controllers, defrost components, and ice-machine filters. Whether you are a technician or an operator, we help you identify and source the right part fast.
The parts that fail, and why
Commercial refrigeration is unforgiving on a handful of components, and they are the ones we keep on the shelf.
Evaporator fan motors run continuously in a cold, damp environment. When one seizes, airflow across the coil stops and the box warms even though the compressor is fine.
Door gaskets flatten and tear. A gasket that no longer seals lets warm, humid air in every time the door opens and never stops leaking after it closes. That shows up as constant runtime, frost on the coil, and a compressor working itself to death.
Contactors, relays, and solenoid valves are electromechanical parts with finite cycles. They are cheap, they fail regularly, and they take entire systems down when they do.
Thermal expansion valves lose control of superheat gradually. The box holds a few degrees warm, nobody notices for a month, and the compressor is running far longer than it should the whole time.
Temperature controllers and defrost components drift. A defrost termination sensor out of calibration will ice a coil solid over a couple of weeks.
Identifying the right part
Match by model and serial number from the equipment data plate. Send us a photo of the plate and a photo of the failed component and our counter will identify it. Generic parts diagrams cause more wrong orders than anything else in this business, because manufacturers change specifications mid-production run without changing the model name.
For equipment under manufacturer coverage we source genuine OEM parts through the authorized channel, which is what keeps that coverage intact.
Water filtration for ice machines and coolers
Filtration is not one product. Scale reduction, sediment filtration, and chlorine taste and odor reduction are three different jobs, and the correct cartridge depends on your water condition and your machine’s production capacity. An undersized filter exhausts long before its nominal six-month interval and quietly stops protecting anything.
We size filters to the machine and stock the common cartridges, so a scheduled change is a counter visit rather than a special order. If you would rather have it handled, we install filtration on a service call and can put replacement on a maintenance schedule.
